The aim of the Counselors in their work with individual clients is to enable the clients to find ways of living that reflect their individual needs and values.

The Counselors work with individual clients who have personal conflicts, relationship difficulties, psychological problems etc through a therapeutic relationship which facilitates personal exploration of the difficulties and takes into account developmental needs and the special needs of each individual.

The problem areas may include but are not limited to:

  • Relationship difficulties
  • Bereavement
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Sexual abuse
  • Sexual identity
  • Suicidal thinking
  • Self image and self concept problems
